BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (grated or sm. cubes)
3 c. potatoes (optional)
1/2 c. celery (optional)
1/2 c. carrots (optional)

Combine onions, water, broccoli, bouillon cube, salt and pepper; cook until done. Thicken with milk and flour. Melt cheese. Cook until thoroughly heated.
