CHERRY - NUT CRUMBLE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle 3/4 of cake mix evenly over bottom of 8 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Spoon pie filling evenly over cake mix. Toss walnuts with remaining cake mix and sprinkle over pie filling.

Combine water and lemon juice in a 1 cup measure; pour evenly over top of mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Microwave on high 10 to 14 minutes or until topping is set, rotating dish 1/2 turn every 5 minutes. Let stand several minutes before serving with or without vanilla ice cream. 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
