LEMON SNOW 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 of 6 oz. can frozen lemonade (undiluted)
Dash of salt
2 egg whites
1 (10-12 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 1/2 c. sweetened fresh strawberries

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve thoroughly in boiling water. Add sugar, lemonade and salt, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool and chill until mixture begins to thicken. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into thick gelatin mixture. Whip until light and fluffy. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold or 6 individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with strawberries that are just defrosted.
