NORWEGIAN RICE DESSERT 
1/2 gal. whole milk
1 c. rice

Simmer for 1 hour.

Whip together: 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. flour 1 egg

Stir into milk-rice mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Serve warm or cold.
