KRUMKAKA 
Krumkaka (Krumcakes) are made on a shallow waffle-type iron with fancy designs. They are a Scandinavian specialty served around Holidays.

3 eggs, beaten

Add:

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup very soft butter

Continue beating until well blended. Add:

3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Beat until smooth. Bake on hot Krumkaka iron, using about 1/2 teaspoon of batter for each cake. Roll up while still warm.

Makes about 4 dozen.
