APPLE CRISP AND YOGURT 
8 apples
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
Yogurt or ice cream

Slice and pare 8 medium apples. Mix with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Fill dish 3/4 full. Mix 1 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup flour. Add 7 tablespoons of butter. Work with fork to make crumbly. Spread over apples, patting gently to make even and firm. Pour 1/2 cup of water in dish and bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold over favorite yogurt.
