APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. cold water
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix until able to handle. Knead on floured board until able to roll. Cut in half, roll out bottom, and save the rest for the top.

FILLING:

15 med. peeled, sliced apples (your choice)

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Stir until all apple slices are covered. Put into pie crust. Should be heaping full. Top with rest of dough. Slit pie with 8 cuts, with knife. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.

NOTE: May want to put foil under pie in oven. It will bubble over.
