PASTA SALAD 
16 oz. Spiral noodles (tri-color if available)
1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. pepperoni, cut up
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced black olives
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 bottle Italian dressing

Cook noodles until tender; drain and rinse with cold water. Add all ingredients and toss. Add dressing to taste. Optional - season with Morton's seasoning salt.
