CANTON BROWNIE MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. plain flour
4 sq. (or 1/3 c. morsels) semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix together sugar, salt and flour and set aside.

Melt together chocolate and butter. Add chocolate mixture to dry mixture and stir by hand. Then add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly.

Spray large muffin tins with Pam or use paper liners. Fill a little over halfway. Bake 15-20 minutes. Yield: 15-17 muffins.
