ITALIAN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 box spaghetti
1 lb. meat
1 no. 2 can tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper
2 lg. onions
3 bottoms garlic
1 lb. cheese
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of water

Cook spaghetti. Fry meat. Combine all but cheese. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Add cheese just before serving.
