OLD FASHIONED PORK CANADIAN
STYLE
 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. pork ribs
2 lg. onions
1 or 2 lg. garlic cloves
6 to 10 sm. peeled potatoes
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cover first three ingredients with water; cook until meat comes off bones. Cook; skim fat and remove bones. Add potatoes; cook until almost done. Add flour to skillet and stir constantly until brown. Do not burn. Add cold water to flour to make thickening. Add to pork broth and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done.
