Haven't been able to get Kraft pineapple jar cheese for years. I grew up having pineapple cheese stuffed celery at every holiday meal. Recently, I discovered that the Philadelphia pineapple cream cheese in the dairy case is a very good substitute... but looking forward to trying these recipes!

Chopped toasted pecans work rather well with this recipe.

I use this recipe and then stir in one glass jar of the original Kraft pineapple cheese spread. I didn't sense the recipe taste the same, but added the original and it enhanced the flavor with that tiny bit from the jar.

You can't buy this spread anymore. I have been trying to find it over a year now. I have used it for 80yrs and I cannot order it anymore. I miss it so much.Where did you get yours? Thank you in advance.

My daughter saw a spot for it on the shelf at our local Crest supermarket tonight. They were sold out. I was glad to see they're still making it.

You could make a lot of money buying every jar they have and selling it and shipping to all of us that can no longer find it at our stores.

Just made it using mayo and a speck of yellow food coloring. It is delicious. Tastes better than Kraft if that is possible.

I'm from North Carolina and salad dressing means miracle whip and it taste great in recipes.

Made it loved it, but I didn't use food coloring which I think would help. What color is my question?

Probably a drop of yellow.

Where I'm from "salad dressing" means Duke's Mayonaise. If you can get it where you are, I recommend trying it in all recipes.
