MOTHER'S CORN SALAD 
12 oz. can Mexi-corn, drained
2 c. cottage cheese
2 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. lightly crushed Fritos
3/4 c. sour cream, with mustard & Tabasco sauce added to taste

Combine first 4 ingredients, then blend in sour cream sauce. Add Fritos before serving. This is a very quick but tasty salad!
