BEEF CREOLE RICE SOUP 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green peppers
1 c. diced celery
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. water
1 lb. (13 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
1 1/2 cooked rice
Few drops Tabasco sauce

Brown hamburger, onion, green peppers, and celery; drain. Simmer rest of ingredients and add hamburger mixture. Simmer 20 minutes. Add cooked rice before serving.
