STRAWBERRY MUFFINS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix berries with sugar, oil and eggs. Do not drain berries. Mixture will be runny. Add other ingredients. Bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

SPREAD:

Mix 8 ounce cream cheese with 1/2 cup strawberry jam to use as a spread for muffins.
