REX'S STRAWBERRY MUFFINS | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, with juice 1 1/2 c. oil 1 c. chopped pecans Mix dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, strawberries and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stir in pecans. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. |
