KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 pkg. sauerkraut, drained
2 to 3 rings kielbasa, cut into chunks
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Drain sauerkraut. Mix in basil and celery seed. Add kielbasa. Melt brown sugar into warm water. Drizzle over top.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F, or put in crock-pot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
