1 lg. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
Mandarin oranges (optional)

Mix pineapple and pudding together. Add nuts and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill. Can be frozen in individual cupcake papers.

You can add a can of mandarin oranges if you like. Be sure to drain the oranges.
