HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked chicken (boil 4 chicken breasts until done and remove from bone)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. croutons

Moisten the mayonnaise and 1 cup of cheese and other preceding ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle the croutons and other cup of cheese on top. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
