SNOW FLAKES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
12 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. cornflakes
Confectioners' sugar

Melt butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in small saucepan. Heat slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is well blended. Pour butterscotch mixture into medium bowl. Stir in cornflakes. Mix until well coated. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto lightly buttered cookie sheet. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve. Great for lunch box lunch.
