HOT FRUIT SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can pineapple slices
1 (No. 1) can pear halves
1 (No. 1) can peach halves
1 (No. 1) can apricot halves
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
Lemon juice
1/3 c. butter

Melt butter and add brown sugar. Place fruit in layers beginning with pineapple. Squirt with lemon juice. Pour butter mixture over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve hot. Good with ham.
