1 lb. roll of hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick or Jiffy
10 oz. grated med. sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix all of the above together. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. May be frozen if desired.
