BROCCOLI SAUCE 
Put over 1/2 pound spaghetti or 1/2 pound homemade noodles.

4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, cook butter and onion until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Stir in frozen broccoli, separating broccoli with fork. Heat to boiling over low heat. Cook broccoli 2 or 3 minutes until broccoli is tender. Serve over spaghetti or noodles. Makes 2 1/2 cups sauce.
