1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 1 1/4 inch dish. Beat all ingredients until smooth - 30 second sin blender on high or 1 minute by hand. Pour into dish. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean - about 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with fruit, if desired.
