ACORN SQUASH WITH CRANBERRY FILLING | |
2 acorn squash 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. allspice Prick holes in squash several places to allow steam to escape. Microwave at full power about 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in half and remove seeds. Place the 4 halves in a casserole. Mix together the cranberry sauce, honey and allspice. Microwave 3 minutes. Spoon into squash halves, reheat for 3 minutes. |
