CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can Milnot
2 sticks butter
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Bring sugar, butter and Milnot to a boil and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips quickly with cocoa, vanilla and nuts.

Do not beat the fudge. It sets quickly. Pour fudge into two buttered 8 inch pans or one larger pan. Cut into slices when cool.
