BOK CHOY SALAD 
1 lg. bunch Bok Choy or regular cabbage, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped sweet onion (opt.)

CRUNCHIES In a 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees melt 1 cube butter, 2 packages Ramen noodles, broken up (no flavoring), 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Stir until brown (15 to 20 minutes). Let cool. Put in storage bag.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil

Mix well. Put crunchies and dressing on cabbage before serving.
