MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled & boned
12 corn tortillas
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) can Pet milk
1 onion, chopped
1 can chilies, chopped
1 lb. cheese, cheddar or Jack
1/2 bell pepper, chopped

Layer, starting with 6 tortillas, then chicken, onion, chilies, and pepper, the liquids and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
