KAHLUA SPICED PEACHES 
2 cans (16 oz. each) cling peaches, halved
1/2 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. tarragon white wine vinegar
2 cinnamon sticks
3 thin peels each of lemon and orange

Drain 1 1/2 cups of syrup into saucepan. Add Kahlua, sugar and vinegar, cinnamon and peels. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over drained peaches. Pour in refrigerator. Keeps a couple of weeks. Serves 12-14.
