KJOBALLER NORWEGIAN MEATBALLS 
3 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. hot water
2 c. commercial sour cream (optional)

Mix all ingredients, except hot water and sour cream. Form into small meatballs. Brown in hot fat. Add water and cream (optional). Cover and heat.
