DROP CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk or 1 tbsp. vinegar in sweet milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together soda, cocoa, slat and flour. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
