INFLATION DINNER 
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1 can tomatoes, chopped and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil

Cook peppers and onions in oil until soft. Add hamburger, break with fork, and cook until brown. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 1/2 hour. Serves 4. Serve over rice.
