ZUCCHINI BAR COOKIES 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Add, if you wish, a handful of coconut, raisins or nuts. Bake in 1/2 inch deep cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Frost while warm with frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
