JUNE'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. prepared biscuit mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)

1. Mix dry yeast with warm water; set aside.

2. Melt butter and set aside.

3. Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

4. Mix cold water and Biscuit mix. Add yeast mixture and let stand 10-15 minutes.

5. Divide dough in 4 sections. Roll each into a 4x12 inch section on a floured board. Brush with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll into long tube. Cut into 1 inch pieces and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Repeat with remaining 3 sections. Brush remaining melted butter on top and sprinkle remainder of sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
