BACON, APPLE, CHEDDAR BAKE 
1 lb. bacon
3 c. sliced apples
2 tbsp. sugar
4-5 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. Bisquick or 2 c. flour and 3 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix apples and sugar. Arrange apples in rows in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over apples. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over cheese. Beat remaining ingredients together. Using a ladle, spoon over cheese and bacon. Bake 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with fresh fruit and a blush wine for a delicious brunch.
