1 1/2 lb. hamburger or sausage
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can pizza sauce
1 to 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella

Brown the hamburger or sausage. While it is browning, mix flour, salt, oregano, pepper, eggs, and milk. Pour the batter into a greased 14 x 12 inch cookie sheet. Drain the meat and sprinkle over the batter. Sprinkle on the top the mushrooms, onion, pizza sauce, and cheese.

Bake on the lower oven rack in a 425 degree preheated oven to 25-30 minutes.
