PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can (29 oz.) pumpkin
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt (scant)
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp. ginger, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. cloves)
3 c. light cream

Mix above together and put in 11"x15" pan. Sprinkle 1 yellow cake mix (dry) over pumpkin mixture. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over mixture. Press 1 cup pecans (chopped) over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
