CRISP CASSEROLE 
1 can crab meat
2 cans shrimp
1 green pepper, diced
2 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts, diced
1 can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 pt. mayonnaise

Mix together. Place in buttered casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
