BEEF LOG ROLL 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced smoked beef
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
4 tbsp. grated celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce

Put beef in blender to shred. Set aside.

Mix all other ingredients together. Chill.

Tear two pieces of wax paper. Put 1/2 of beef on each. Divide mixture in half and put on beef and shape into rolls. Serve on crackers.

Note: Can be shaped into ball and garnished with toothpicks with olives.
