BEER SIMMER PORK CHOPS 
4 center cut pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. beer

Brown chops with butter reduce heat. Stir in mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms, beer, onion soup mix, blend well. Cover, simmer over low heat until chops are cooked through, about 45 to 50 minutes. Serve over rice.
