CHILI SAUCE 
30 tomatoes
3 red peppers, not hot
3 green peppers
4 lg. onions
2 bunches celery
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. pickling spices, in a bag
3 c. vinegar

Cook 3 hours.
