MEXICAN LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 env. taco mix 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 can El Paso Mexi bean 1 can chopped green chilies 6 (8") flour tortillas, halved, divide usage 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 med. can corn (optional) Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, mexi beans, green chilies, corn (optional). Layer half of tortillas on bottom of 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Spread half of meat mixture and sprinkle half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. |
