1 pkg. white cake mix (store bought)
1 tub Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 can cherry pie filling (or your favorite)

Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package and let cool. Cover with Cool Whip topping then spoon on pie filling (any pie filling can be used). Refrigerate if setting out.
