REAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs
2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz.)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In larger bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well before stirring in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonful of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
