1 c. butter (soft)
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. reg. sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. sifted flour

Add a little more flour if dough is sticky. Mix all together by hand, adding flour last. Pinch off and roll in extra powder and sugar in a little dish. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet - 10 to 12 minutes (watch closely that you don't over bake). Melts in your mouth!!
