TOFU NUT BALLS 
1 brick tofu, crumbled
1 lg. onion, diced fine
3-5 egg whites
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 c. pecan meal
1/4 c. olive oil
Salad herbs or basil to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste

Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees on greased baking sheet 10-15 minutes. Let cool before putting into spaghetti sauce. Uses "meat" ball subs. Use in stuffed peppers - combine with rice or hamburgers.
