UPSIDE DOWN PUMPKIN CAKE 
3 eggs
2 lb. can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and pour into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan.

Then, sprinkle 1 box of yellow cake mix over mixture. Melt 3/4 cup butter and drizzle over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then put 1 cup chopped nuts on top and bake 30 minutes longer.
