EASY AND ELEGANT CHICKEN AND
RICE
 
4 chicken breasts, cut in half
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) bag Success rice
1 tbsp. butter

Combine undiluted soups together in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Add rice and stir. Rub chicken lightly with butter, placing it on top of soup mixture. Do not press down. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Chicken will brown slightly and the rice will absorb the soup.
