SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 green & 1 red pepper
3 med. onions
2 stalks celery
6 c. zucchini

2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
1 tbsp. sweet basil leaves
2 handfuls salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste

Boil 15 minutes. Put in jars and water bath 1 hour. When I open a jar, I add 1 lb. browned hamburger, 1 package spaghetti sauce mix and oregano and garlic to taste. Makes 6 quarts.
