1 box pudding cake mix (chocolate is good)
1 stick cold butter
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts on top of layer if desired. Mix nest 4 ingredients until smooth and pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk

Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add 1 box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
